The New York State Theater is located at Columbus Avenue & 63rd Street. The Theater opened on April 23, 1964. The Theater has 2,755 seats and has five balconies. The Theater is home to the ballet & opera of New York.
The Sony Building is located on Madison between 55th and 56th Street. It was constructed in 1984. It is 37-storys high. The building once belonged to AT&T. It was made in the International Style. It has arch door way. It has a steal frame. Its plaza is made as a public place where people can buy things or just come in and eat or just to talk.
The Amon Carter Museum is located in Fort Worth, Texas. The Museum opened in 1961. Its first director, Mitchell A. Wilder had such a love for paintings he started collecting in the 1830’s. It has Texas stone shells as the Museum’s exterior.
